The opportunity

​Responsible for leading and driving transformation of SC, operational excellence and data analytics capabilities within Teva’s Global Supply Chain. Responsible to ensures that Teva’s SC remains competitive and resilient by monitoring performance, implementing best practices, leveraging data-driven insights, ensuring its continuous improvement / transformation and fostering a culture of innovation. A member of the GSC Leadership team and will work closely with its peers in Global Supply Chain and other functions (Commercial, Finance, and IT) to ensure consistency and improvement of SC processes and metrics.

​Success in this role will be the successful implementation of supply chain transformation initiatives, notably new SC processes/organization & digital SC roadmap. Success will also be to ensure process excellence and adherence, incl. S&OE and S&OP, along with successful coordination of inventory mgmt., write-offs and GR processes, leading to measurable improvements in supply chain performance and efficiency by reducing costs, cycle times, and waste, while also increasing service levels. This will require the establishment of high-functioning data analytics capabilities supporting data-driven decision-making and enhanced supply chain visibility.

Key Responsibilities

Lead strategic Global SC transformation initiatives: Set the vision & strategy for GSC by designing high-impact initiatives that align with broader business objectives & strategy; oversee execution by monitoring overall progress, fostering collaboration across functions, facilitating org. change ensuring the roll-out of transformation programs.

Responsible for maintaining, improving and ensuring adherence to key SC processes: Ensure process excellence and adherence for processes owned by other SC functions (e.g., Global Planning as BPO for S&OP, S&OE, IMO, WO & GR processes) by coaching BPOs and teams, improving process maturity, maintaining documentation/SOPs, conducting frequent trainings, etc.

Lead efforts to monitor performance and deliver data-driven insights that support SC routines & decision-making:
-Data integration & management: consolidate data from various sources and provide analytics / data science inputs to support key SC processes
-Advanced analytics: develop models for forecasting & ensure proper use of global forecasting process within the S&OP monthly cycle.
-Business intelligence reporting: Provide BI to SC organization to help in strategy and decision making within GSC.
-Data Governance and Quality: Establish and enforce proper Master Data management / governance to ensure accuracy, consistency, and availability
Manage processes AOP/LRP/LBE across SC and coordinate with other functions (finance, commercial etc.).
Foster a high-performance & resilient culture: Lead teams to drive operational excellence & innovation; conduct resilience / risk scenario analysis to ensure adaptability of the SC.

Your experience and qualifications

  • Deep knowledge of supply chain transformation, process excellence, and performance management. Experience with lean manufacturing methodologies, and supply chain risk management frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of data science, including analytics tools, master data management, and performance tracking systems; Ability to think strategically and align supply chain excellence initiatives with broader corporate goals; Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Proven experience in leading cross-functional, global teams and driving large-scale organizational change; Ability to coach, mentor, and develop talent within the organization; Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working with diverse stakeholders and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
  • 10-15+ years of experience in SC Management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry, with specific expertise in operational excellence, transformation, and performance management.
  • BA/MA degree in SC Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
  • Advanced certifications (APICS, CSCP, CPSM) are preferred.
  • Proven track record of leading transformation projects, managing large-scale process improvement initiatives, and applying advanced analytics in SC operations
