Job Description
- Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.
- Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards.
- Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products.

Requirements
- Design and deliver user-centric UX solutions based on business and user needs.
- Conduct user research, usability studies, and UX analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders and communicate UX concepts and recommendations clearly.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and gather requirements throughout the design process.
- Strong User Experience Design and User Research experience.
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, with Dutch required for stakeholder communication.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
