About the job
As a Traffic Manager, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing the workflow of our creative projects and teams. You will ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your responsibilities will include managing schedules, liaising between different departments, and optimizing resources to keep our projects running smoothly.
Oversee and manage the workflow of all creative projects from start to finish.
Develop and maintain detailed project plannings, ensuring timely delivery of assets and final deliverables.
Coordinate with creative, account, and production teams to allocate the team’s time effectively.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines and client expectations.
Communicate project status, potential issues, and solutions to all stakeholders.
Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
Contact and manage freelancers.
About you
You are a problem solver and a good communicator. As Traffic Manager you report to the Head of Operations.
You have a passion for organizing, processes and planning.
You have a hands on mentality and are proactive.
You can develop and monitor a planning of projects.
You’re a passionate team player focussing on solutions, rather than problems.
You have a minimum of 5 years experience with working in an agency in a similar job.
Your English and Dutch is fluent in writing and tongue.
You understand and respect the inclusive way of working.
