Job Description
- Manage customer delivery and expectations while leading the technical team to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Design and develop solutions for product or project delivery, ensuring they meet the defined scope and standards in technologies like Java 17, Spring Boot, Tibco BW5, OpenShift, and preferably Kafka.
- Gather and analyze specifications to deliver tailored solutions based on a deep understanding of the relevant domain or technology.
- Guide and mentor a team of developers, fostering an environment that supports knowledge sharing and professional growth.
- Ensure continuous knowledge upgradation and adoption of new technologies to deliver solutions that meet quality standards and client requirements.
- 8+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on Java, Spring Boot, and related technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Tibco BW5, Tibco BPM, OpenShift, and Kafka (preferred).
- Proven ability to manage customer expectations and technical teams effectively.
- Experience in designing and developing solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- In-depth understanding of Kafka or similar messaging systems, including topics, partitions, producers, and consumers, with experience in implementing event-driven architectures.
- Lead and mentor a team of developers to achieve project goals.
- Design robust solutions that align with customer needs and industry best practices.
