Contract: “Sec-to-perm” arrangement, starting with a one-year YER contract followed by a permanent staff contract with the client. The intention is for the position to become permanent.

Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Technical Lead to spearhead the technical execution of New Build Engineering projects. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring our solutions adhere to the highest quality and contractual standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate the technical execution of projects, ensuring adherence to quality, scope, planning, and budget.
  • Act as the primary technical liaison for clients, suppliers, and internal teams, facilitating seamless collaboration.
  • Define system requirements and specifications, ensuring technical integrity throughout the project lifecycle (concept, basic, and detailed engineering).
  • Provide functional leadership to a team of engineers, fostering their professional growth and development.
  • Drive continuous improvement of engineering processes and methodologies within the organisation.
  • Prepare functional design documents and system calculations, ensuring thorough validation and verification of technical designs.
  • Collaborate with project managers to identify technical risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.

Profile:

  • Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Aerospace Engineering.
  • Minimum of 10 years in a multidisciplinary technical environment as a systems engineer, consultant, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in at least two technical disciplines, such as Automation & Control, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience with systems engineering, project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera), and methodologies like Waterfall, Agile/Scrum.
