End2End recruiting: you help shape the candidate journey from the beginning and accompany the talents through to onboarding for international vacancies
Collaboration: you work closely with our german colleagues from HR Business Partnering, Employer Branding and the Hiring Managers in our recruiting process
Human Centricity: you design the candidate journey to suit the target group and bring our corporate values to life from the very first meeting
Further development: together with the international recruiting community, you will advance topics such as talent pools, data-driven recruiting and social recruiting
Who you are:
You are fluent in German, Dutch and English and have already conducted interviews in all languages
You have successfully completed a degree in economics or a commercial apprenticeship with a focus on HR
You have several years of experience in recruiting via traditional recruiting channels and in active sourcing
For you, recruiting is more than just applicant management and you want to drive topics forward
