About the Position
Here at Kraft Heinz, #WeChampionGreatPeople and we’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to join the team and help us find the best talent for the future. Based in the Amsterdam office as a member of the People & Performance team, you will partner will all functions of the business and play a critical role in shaping and building the talent marketplace at Kraft Heinz through attracting and hiring the right candidates. The Talent Acquisition Manager will act as a talent business partner and champion our Inclusive Hiring strategy for both experienced hires and early careers’ recruitment. Our TA team are the gatekeepers of our recruitment strategy so you’ll be working alongside senior leadership every day, no matter your level, and therefore, you must have excellent interpersonal skills to deal with all levels of partners and customers.
Responsibilities
- Own the full recruitment cycle for EPDM Supply Chain & HQ functions including Operations, Procurement, Legal, Finance, Growth, R&D and HR (sourcing, selecting, assessments, interviewing, hiring)
- Develop and nurture strong partnerships with key business customers to establish current and future hiring needs
- Responsible for Early Careers recruitment for the International Management Trainee Program and Internships, and the planning of live and online events and career fairs including yearly plans and budgets
- Overseeing and guiding the local TA managers for recruitment of the Global Manufacturing Trainee Program
- Manage relationships with external partners (e.g. recruitment agencies).
- Lead the Talent Acquisition Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging agenda and Inclusive Hiring policy, ensuring the achievement of our diversity KPIs
- Train the business in interviewing skills and best practice (e.g. unconscious bias)
- Oversee the TA community within the EPDM Supply Chain & HQ and be the go-to person for, guiding and developing the community
- Manage 1 Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist and 1-2 Interns
Qualifications, Experience & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Solid experience in recruitment from Graduate to Exec Level, either agency side or in-house
- Experience recruiting for commercial functions and/or within the food/Beverage/FMCG/CPG sector is preferred
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage high-volume recruitment for multiple functions and hiring managers at the same time is essential
- Knowledge of recruitment systems such as Workday, Avature, Profile etc
- Confident recruitment business partner able to communicate with external and internal customers whilst ensuring a positive recruitment experience
- A pragmatic negotiator, able to spot opportunities and work collaboratively to find the right talent solution for every role
