Support Engineer Proficient in Dutch & English 6 months contract then transition to permanent AV Meeting rooms and End User support Key Responsibilities: Act as an IT Engineer, providing comprehensive support across a range of IT products and services. Perform server and storage break-fix tasks. Provide deskside support for executive users. Troubleshoot and resolve end-user issues , ensuring a smooth IT experience. Utilize ServiceNow or TopDesk for ticket management and issue tracking. Deploy, configure, and support storage and network devices . Apply advanced troubleshooting skills to resolve hardware, software, and operating system issues escalated from team members or clients. Conduct testing and certification of mainframes, servers, and other IT infrastructure components. Coordinate team shifts to ensure full-service coverage from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Key Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or a related field. Strong knowledge of AV Support and End User Support . Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow or TopDesk). Ability to work independently and within a team , ensuring smooth IT operations.
