Support Engineer

AV Meeting rooms and End User support
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as an IT Engineer, providing comprehensive support across a range of IT products and services.
- Perform server and storage break-fix tasks.
- Provide deskside support for executive users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve end-user issues, ensuring a smooth IT experience.
- Utilize ServiceNow or TopDesk for ticket management and issue tracking.
- Deploy, configure, and support storage and network devices.
- Apply advanced troubleshooting skills to resolve hardware, software, and operating system issues escalated from team members or clients.
- Conduct testing and certification of mainframes, servers, and other IT infrastructure components.
- Coordinate team shifts to ensure full-service coverage from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of AV Support and End User Support.
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow or TopDesk).
- Ability to work independently and within a team, ensuring smooth IT operations.
