Isabel Marant is looking for a Store Manager to lead its team in Amsterdam (fixed term contract – 3 months).
As a Store Manager, your main missions are the following:
- Contribution to the development of our brand by providing a unique in-store experience and promoting the brand image.
- Organization of the store: current administration, planning, HR reporting, visual merchandising, stock management, and replenishment.
- Management of the team: training, motivating, providing feedback, and skills development.
- Optimization of CRM.
- Reporting to the retail direction and the company’s headquarters, proposing strategies to increase turnover, customer traffic, and client loyalty.
What we are looking for:
You have at least 5 years of successful experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager for a luxury brand. You possess excellent fashion culture and understand the competitive landscape. You have strong management abilities, organizational skills, and KPI and CRM experience is part of your professional success.
You need to be a fluent English speaker, and knowledge of another language would be welcome.
