Job Description

In this Expert role, you will help our employees, managers, and organization reach their full potential. You will be working on projects related to Career, Talent, Performance, Culture & Leadership Development; for example our Performance management cycle or supporting employees to grow and succeed. In any case, you identify current and future development needs, in relation to our growth ambitions. You will design, implement, monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our programs.

For 32-40 hours per week, you:

  • Translate the needs and vision on people & organisation development into innovative development programs & solutions.
  • Develop, formulate, optimise and implement (strategic) HR policies, programmes, procedures and tools globally for people and organization development topics such as; performance management, (organization) development, career & succession planning and retention of talent.
  • Facilitate development programs and coordinate project deliverables globally to retain, develop and upskill different talent groups.
  • Deliver complex analyses of HR data and provide requested and unrequested specialist advice to tactical and strategic stakeholders. 
  • Work closely together with the HR Business Partners and various stakeholders for which you design and deliver.

You are part of the Center of Expertise Hub with HR and will report to the Head of People & Organisation development. The team consists of 9 professionals. Eager, driven and they have the desire to continuously innovate to achieve the best results. You notice that especially in the way they drive and discover new opportunities with regards to learning, but also the wishes and goals to improve on current programs, designs and tools. The working atmosphere can be best described as pro-active, engaged and with a lot of fun and energy.

You have an entrepreneurial mindset and dare to come with unconventional and innovative solutions. On top of this, you have:

  • 4-6 years work experience within the field of People Development,
  • A masters degree, preferably in International Business, Organisational Psychology or HRM
  • Solid experience in designing and implementing global development programs & solutions
  • Expert knowledge in the field of Career development, Performance management & Talent management
  • An international focus, including fluency in the English & Dutch language
  • Residency in the Netherlands
  • You are an ambassador of the Rituals cultural values and use this in your daily work while remaining your true authentic self
