All about the role:
Our team’s mission is to drive demand for and adoption of JET products and services among our Partners (i.e. restaurants, grocers and retailers). Our ultimate goal is to drive commercial growth for partners and for JET, whilst driving partners’ satisfaction.
As our Sr. Marketing Specialist, you’ll collaborate across departments to develop partner-centric marketing strategies globally. Your responsibilities will span refining value propositions, crafting go-to-market strategies, and shaping messaging for key initiatives. Additionally, you’ll coordinate marketing assets creation, track performance, and play a pivotal role in driving commercial growth for partners and JET.
These are some of the key ingredients to the role:

Build solid relationships within the wider organisation to influence and shape business priorities and roadmaps

Liaise with Product teams to understand future roadmaps & new product features

Determine campaigns and programme’s objectives and KPIs

Develop product positioning and messaging that resonate with our target buyer personas. Use research and insights to understand unique selling points and how to set our products apart from the competition

Oversee the planning and execution of marketing initiatives (inc. value propositions, creation of comms plans, marketing assets and materials, content, tactical campaigns, etc.)

Leverage data and insight to assess usage of new and existing products to enhance performance
What will you bring to the table?

Strong stakeholder and interpersonal management skills – ability to influence and persuade stakeholders to take people onto the journey, raising awareness of issues and opportunities and getting buy-in from stakeholders

Solid commercial and business sense

Excellent communication skills & comfortable in presenting to stakeholders with the ability to translate technical concepts in a clear and concise manner

Excellent planning and organisational skills; Confident with prioritising and handling multiple projects, with a keen eye for detail

Marketing experience in delivering global programmes and solutions

Data-driven mindset with the ability to use data to inform decision-making

Thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment that often involves short turnaround times on projects
