Position Summary
PSI-Europe is seeking a highly motivated and English- & French-speaking professional with a track record in social entrepreneurship and affinity with Public Health / Sexual & Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR)/ Water Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) / Gender / Human Rights, to support the implementation of a large-scale government-funded project that focuses on the promotion of menstrual health and dignity (MHD) across low- and middle- income countries.
The project will be implemented by a consortium of four international NGOs. The Social Enterprise Support Manager will lead two strategic aspects of the project: the small grant-making to and the capacity-building of social enterprises committed to menstrual health, in nine countries across three regions.
Supervisory Relationship
The Small Grant-making Manager reports to the Project Coordinator of the Sang Pour Sang Project and manages consultants brought in ad hoc to support their deliverables.

This position is initially for 12 months and can be extended on performance and availability of project funding. A competitive remuneration based upon your experience, qualifications and skills. The position could be filled in parttime (0,6 fte / 0,8 fte) depending on your experience.
