As Senior Tech Recruitment Business Partner at Adyen, you will partner with engineering and product leaders to scale specialized tech and Product Management teams across EMEA and global hubs. - Act as a trusted partner to global tech hiring managers to define headcounts and candidate profiles; align on talent strategies
- Lead full-lifecycle recruiting with emphasis on specialized Tech and Product Management domains (PM, SPM, GPM, ML, Engineering)
- Proactively source and build strong candidate pipelines; deliver high-touch hiring experiences
- Apply data and market intelligence to optimize outcomes and promote inclusive hiring practices
- Coordinate onboarding and integration with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transitions
- Continuously improve recruiting practices and share market trends with leadership to strengthen employer brand
