**Role Overview:**
The expected candidate should not anticipate a standard “you ask, we deliver” scenario. Our client places a premium on delving deep into understanding the core issues and formulating viable solutions. Recognizing potential, brainstorming innovative ideas, and then mobilizing effectively are integral to the role.
Within our client’s team, the incumbent will often be tasked with conceptualizing and executing entirely new propositions. Taking complete ownership of team formation, technology choices, architectural builds, and modus operandi for projects is par for the course. For every project, the adoption of best practices is imperative. Furthermore, the consultants are adept in various best practices, including CI/CD, test-driven development, infrastructure as code, trunk-based development, pair programming, and true agile methodologies. Such practices empower them to craft elite-performing software development teams.
In addition, our client has shown exponential growth, surging from 70 to 250 professionals in just two years. They pride themselves on delivering software that is 100% functional, 100% live, and 100% impactful.

**Essential Qualifications and Skills:**
– Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software development or relevant field.
– A Technical Bachelor’s degree from a Dutch University.
– Proficient in Dutch and English languages.
**Technical Skills:**
– Proficiency in C#, .net, Java, TypeScript, Angular, React, and JavaScript.
– A Master’s in Computer Science (MSc) is preferable.
**Soft Skills:**
– Outstanding communication abilities.
