What will you do?
As our Senior PPC Specialist, you will be the driving force behind our paid advertising success, ensuring our strategy is executed flawlessly across all paid media channels. Our team is already strong in paid search marketing, and we’re looking for a senior specialist to expand our expertise further—driving innovation and performance in areas such as display, video, programmatic, and beyond.
This is a hands-on, high-impact position where you will own the execution, strategy, and automation of our paid media efforts, ensuring data-driven decisions that maximize performance. You will work alongside a team of three PPC specialists, providing expertise and guidance to implement best-in-class practices daily, weekly, and annually.
Your Responsibilities:
- Own and lead PPC strategy across all paid media channels, with a strong focus on display, programmatic buying, video advertising, and YouTube.
- Execute and optimize campaigns to drive performance, scalability, and efficiency, ensuring continuous improvement in ROAS and other key metrics.
- Develop and refine automation processes to streamline PPC workflows and improve efficiency.
- Advise and collaborate with the existing team, upskilling them in display, video, and programmatic advertising best practices.
- Work closely with data, tech, and creative teams to develop high-impact advertising campaigns that leverage audience targeting, dynamic creatives, and machine learning optimizations.
- Own the programmatic strategy, selecting the right platforms, partners, and technologies to drive growth.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, ensuring we adopt the latest innovations in PPC and digital advertising.
- Collaborate with search engine and platform partners to integrate best practices and cutting-edge solutions.
- Provide regular performance insights and strategic recommendations to stakeholders, ensuring transparency in performance and future planning.
Who You Are:
- 5+ years of hands-on PPC experience, with a strong track record in display advertising, programmatic buying, video advertising, and YouTube campaigns.
- Proven ability to scale and optimize paid media campaigns in international markets and across multiple platforms.
- Experience with PPC automation and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, able to build new processes from scratch and drive innovation.
- Ability to educate and support an existing PPC team, sharing knowledge and expertise.
- Fluent in Dutch or German (native-level) and excellent command of English.
- Based in the Netherlands or Germany.
