What you are going to do

Financial institutions need to transform their own business model and customer experience to stay relevant for their customers. Our objective as PwC’s Customer & Operations team is to be the trusted partner for our clients and help them with these challenges to become more customer centric from strategy to execution. PwC provides clients with the one-stop-shop from strategy to execution with the necessary capabilities to deliver innovative and data-driven customer experiences. We offer you the opportunity to work with the various competency teams within PwC (data analytics, experience design, technology, finance, risk management, tax) to deliver the best solutions for our clients. Examples of projects are:

  • Sales and service transformation in line with the company strategy
  • Ecosystem strategy development and operating model design
  • Explore new products and service opportunities to create new revenue models
  • CRM vision and implementation to create a new way of working in front-office
  • Design and implementation of a new digital service model (segmentation, products & services, touchpoints, pricing) and operating model for SME customers of a bank
     
  • As a (Senior) Manager:

  • Your area of expertise is to improve the customer strategy and operating model of financial institutions;
  • You advise our clients on new developments to design their commercial strategy, translate it into an operating model for the front-office (i.e. how to organize sales, service, data, marketing, pricing and product management)
  • You work fact-based to solve complex problems and are able to bring various stakeholders from PwC and the client together to steer the transformation effectively;
  • You build client relationships and pursue opportunities for new projects at our clients.
  • You are responsible for the coaching and developing (junior) colleagues.

    Like your colleagues at PwC, you are enthusiastic, curious and you combine a sharp mind with good communication skills. You enjoy using your analytical skills to analyze issues and come up with creative solutions and new insights for the clients. Furthermore:

  • You have a minimum 6 years of relevant work experience and a proven track record in consultancy.
  • You have entrepreneurial and self-starting attitude and like to get things done
  • You can develop strategies and also like to drive the implementation with tangible results
  • You have experience in financial services. We are looking for Senior Managers with banking (i.e. mortgages / consumer lending / SME lending / corporate lending) or Insurance & Pensions expertise.
  • You have expertise in the design and implementation of customer strategies and operating models in the front offices of our clients (sales, service, marketing, product management).
  • You possess strong commercial skills and are able to create opportunities from the relationships that you build with the client.
  • You are strong in your interpersonal skills: you are a team player that knows how to build strong relationships with both clients and colleagues.
