Functieomschrijving
Senior HR Business Partner contributes to HR strategy and leadership development, acts as a strategic advisor throughout the employee lifecycle, and handles tactical HR activities like recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation, benefits, employee relations, and leave management. You will manage specific HR processes and serve as the main contact for managers and senior leaders, aiding in staffing, performance cycles, talent reviews, development needs, compensation, payroll, and legal compliance. They also collaborate with the Works Council and the HR team on initiatives and audits.
Build and maintain partnerships with managers and senior leaders
Determine current and future staffing needs in partnership with hiring managers
Support the recruitment, selection, and onboarding process
Assist managers in the performance management cycle
Participate in talent review processes, high potential recognition programs, and succession planning
Identify and facilitate individual and team development needs
Ensure accurate data in the HRIS and correct application of compensation and benefits
Support yearly salary reviews and the monthly payroll process
Advise and manage sick leave and other types of leave in compliance with regulations
Coach managers on employee relations matters
Provide legal advice and engage with the Works Council on related matters
Conduct audits (tax/compliance)
Collaborate with the HR team to plan and implement HR initiatives
Profiel
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field (Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration)
7 years of experience in an HR advisory role within an international organization
Extensive and comprehensive knowledge of all HR topics and Dutch labor law
Fluent in both written and spoken English and Dutch is a big plus

Salary and holidays :
We benchmark salaries against mid-sized companies in the Netherlands, and to support a healthy work-life balance we offer 30 vacation days for a fulltime contract. In addition, we offer a commute allowance and a defined contribution pension.
