Key Responsibilities:

  1. Proactively source, identify and engage with highly skilled talent across the sector within Bio Tech, Medical Devices, Pharmaceuticals and AI.
  2. Building your own brand/desk and a solid network.
  3. Key Account Management across Europe – act as the primary contact between our organization and major existing clients (such as big pharma companies). Understanding their unique hiring needs.
  4. Become a trusted partner in delivering exceptional service.
  5. Take ownership of the recruitment process for key accounts. The recruitment process starts from identifying highly skilled candidates, initial qualification calls with candidates, presenting a shortlist of candidates to our clients, managing interview processes and offer negotiation on behalf of clients and candidates.
  6. Build long-term relationships within these organizations to position our company as the preferred recruitment partner.
  7. Have an adaptable mentality and ability to work at pace to propose candidates to clients on tight deadlines.

What we’re looking for:

  1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher.
