As a Scrum Master, you will:
  • Guide and support multicultural teams in Agile practices, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Coach and mentor high-performing teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum values such as openness, honesty, and respect.
  • Facilitate Scrum events, ensure transparency, and help remove impediments that could hinder team progress.
  • Apply your knowledge of Agile practices, servant leadership, and solid development practices in a service-oriented environment.
What You Bring to the Table:
  • A bachelor’s or preferably a master’s degree, ideally in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Certified Scrum Master (PSM1, PSM2) with at least 3 years of proven experience.
  • Experience working with multicultural teams and coaching high-performing teams.
  • Familiarity with Agile practices, solid development methodologies, and service-oriented environments.
  • Strong skills in servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, and empowering teams.
  • Excellent communication and mentoring abilities, with a focus on fostering an environment of openness, honesty, and respect.
  • Proficiency in English, with fluency in Dutch being an advantage.
  • Proven experience in roles such as developer, tester, or business analyst.
  • Preferably, experience in a financial institution or financial environment.
