Job Title: SAP S/4HANA Enterprise Management Consultant – Asset Management
Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands
Contract Duration: 12+ months
Work Mode: Onsite or Hybrid (flexible)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Enterprise Management Consultant with a focus on Asset Management to join our team in Amsterdam, Netherlands. As a seasoned consultant, you will play a key role in implementing and optimizing SAP S/4HANA solutions for our clients, ensuring seamless integration and maximum ROI. Your expertise in Asset Management will enable our clients to effectively manage their assets, reduce costs, and improve overall business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and develop tailored SAP S/4HANA solutions for Asset Management
- Design, configure, and implement SAP S/4HANA Asset Management modules, including Plant Maintenance, Quality Management, and Supply Chain Management
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer to ensure clients’ teams are equipped to utilize the implemented solutions effectively
- Analyze clients’ existing processes and identify areas for improvement, providing recommendations for optimization and automation
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for future engagements
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP S/4HANA releases, features, and best practices, applying this knowledge to deliver innovative solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, technical consultants, and subject matter experts to ensure successful project delivery
- Develop and maintain documentation, including project plans, status reports, and technical documentation
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation, with a focus on Asset Management (Plant Maintenance, Quality Management, and Supply Chain Management)
- Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture, configuration, and customization
- Proven track record of successful project delivery, with a focus on client satisfaction and ROI
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing project requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Fluency in English (written and spoken), with Dutch language skills a plus
- Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 20%) for client meetings and project delivery
