Role Description:
We are seeking an experienced SAP ABAP Developer to support the migration of employees to SuccessFactors and assist in the creation of Proof of Concepts (POC) for new processes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in resolving data replication issues and maintaining the integrity of employee and organizational data during migration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Migration of employee data to SuccessFactors
- Creation/modification of ABAP programs
- Troubleshoot and resolve SuccessFactors replication issues (Employee Master Data and Organizational Data)
- Utilize BADI for data replication
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for POC development
- Maintain SOAP web services and handle encryption of interface data
- Address and resolve SAP HR production issues
- Implement SAP security notes
Essential Skills:
- Strong expertise in SAP ABAP (Non-HANA)
- Proficiency in handling data replication to SuccessFactors
- Experience working with BADI implementations
- Ability to work onsite full-time in Amsterdam
- Fluent in English
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with SOAP service creation/modification
- Familiarity with SAP HR functional modules
- Understanding of data encryption methods for interfaces
- Hands-on with SAP security notes implementation
