In this essential sales support role, you will provide daily administrative and operational support to the external dealer network and the Benelux Sales Team, helping to achieve the company’s sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the order process from initial intake through invoicing and fulfilment, coordinating with other departments to ensure accuracy and timely processing.
  • Ensure pricing is accurate across transactions, working closely with the Finance team to resolve any pricing discrepancies.
  • Serve as the primary contact for distributors and retailers across the EMEA region, overseeing order tracking and ensuring smooth execution.
  • Address customer complaints and issues promptly, escalating when necessary to reach a satisfactory resolution.
  • Handle sales inquiries via phone and email, collaborating across departments as needed.
  • Assist the Benelux Commercial Head with administrative duties.
  • Maintain and update Excel data for analysis and reporting.
  • Help meet operational sales targets by identifying process improvements, resolving issues, and supporting system enhancements.
  • Participate in internal sales meetings and other relevant events, including occasional weekend exhibitions.

  • Bachelor’s degree (or MBO+) in Business or a related field.
  • Some experience in a sales support or back-office role is preferred.
  • Commercial mind-set
  • Experience with Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English AND Dutch.
  • Highly organized, with effective planning and coordination abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a commitment to going above and beyond in building customer relationships.
  • Salary up to 3200 bruto per month based on full time
