What will you be doing:
- First point of contact in the sales process
- Become and remain knowledgeable about the products and processes
- Interface effectively with potential clients
- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
- Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails (make 40-50 outbound calls per day)
- Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Account Executives
- Make well balanced decisions and personally driven to be an effective advocate of the brand
- Follow the agreed turnaround times and standards of quality
- Identify inefficiencies in workflows and suggest solutions
- Recognize trends and patterns, and escalate issues to management
- Working from home possible
Your background
- Minimum MBO 4 or Associates degree
- 1 year experience of inside sales/customer engagement (outbound selling is a plus)
- Fluent in English /Norwegian
- An excellent communicator, with the ability to effectively convey our message in meetings as well as through cold calling, outbound calling, and mail conversations
- An emotionally intelligent networker, who gets energy from connecting to customers,
- A proactive team player who thrives in cross-functional and fast-paced environments
- Problem solver, attention to details, communicative, proactive with a strong work ethic plus passion for ensuring a world class user support experience
- Adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skills
- High affinity and cultural awareness of political/social situation regarding the relevant market/region supported
- Strong interpersonal skills, verbal, and written communication skills and most importantly empathy
- Affinity to social media platforms and pop culture is a pre.
