What will you be doing:

  • First point of contact in the sales process
  • Become and remain knowledgeable about the products and processes
  • Interface effectively with potential clients
  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
  • Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails (make 40-50 outbound calls per day)
  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Account Executives
  • Make well balanced decisions and personally driven to be an effective advocate of the brand
  • Follow the agreed turnaround times and standards of quality
  • Identify inefficiencies in workflows and suggest solutions
  • Recognize trends and patterns, and escalate issues to management
  • Working from home possible

Your background

  • Minimum MBO 4 or Associates degree
  • 1 year experience of inside sales/customer engagement (outbound selling is a plus)
  • Fluent in English /Norwegian
  • An excellent communicator, with the ability to effectively convey our message in meetings as well as through cold calling, outbound calling, and mail conversations
  • An emotionally intelligent networker, who gets energy from connecting to customers,
  • A proactive team player who thrives in cross-functional and fast-paced environments
  • Problem solver, attention to details, communicative, proactive with a strong work ethic plus passion for ensuring a world class user support experience
  • Adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skills
  • High affinity and cultural awareness of political/social situation regarding the relevant market/region supported
  • Strong interpersonal skills, verbal, and written communication skills and most importantly empathy
  • Affinity to social media platforms and pop culture is a pre.
