As a seasoned SAP leader, you drive end-to-end S/4HANA transformation programs for global clients, shaping enterprise solutions that span planning, manufacturing, logistics, and finance. You partner with cross-functional stakeholders to build roadmaps, business cases, and MVPs, leveraging SAP best practices and adjacent SaaS tools. You lead large, global teams through digital transformation journeys and articulate value through data-driven options and measurable outcomes. This role offers high-impact collaboration with C-level sponsors and partners like SAP and Microsoft, in a dynamic, innovation-focused environment.

- Generate leads and co-create next-gen business models for clients
- Design end-to-end SAP-based transformation roadmaps across supply chain and enterprise processes
- Identify digitization and automation opportunities using AI, IoT, RPA and related levers
- Lead workshops, build business cases, and secure executive buy-in
- Deliver S/4HANA MVPs, templates, pilots and scalable solutions
- Engage with business stakeholders, present options and drive harmonized solutions
- Contribute to product roadmap discussions with SAP and other vendors
- Mentor and lead a hands-on team, ensuring reliable solution reviews and feedback
Belangrijkste vereisten
- 14+ years of hands-on SAP consulting experience
- Architect or lead project experience in SAP, with Greenfield/Brownfield/hybrid types
- Deep functional or technical SAP expertise (Finance/Manufacturing/Logistics/Sales; ABAP, UI5, Integration, Security, Basis)
- IT architecture including SAP architecture knowledge
- Strong business acumen and experience with C-level engagement
- Transformation/operations experience in IT-enabled programs
- SAP toolchain experience and valid SAP certifications
- Excellent interpersonal and client-facing skills
- Proposal development, effort estimation, and multi-project multitasking ability
- External collaboration experience with partners (e.g., SAP, Microsoft)
- Industry/domain experience and ability to interact with senior executives
