Are you passionate about guiding and mentoring others? Do you have a knack for improving processes and driving progress? If so, we are looking for a Pensions Administrator on an 8-month contract, based out of Amsterdam!
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and actively guide your teammates through the intricacies of pension administration.
- Provide hands-on training and monitor team progress to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Be the go-to person for continuous improvement, setting a strong example for your colleagues.
- Report to the team manager and ensure all targets are met and exceeded.
What We’re Looking For:
- MBO+/HBO working and thinking level, with at least 3 years of experience in the pension industry.
- Proficiency in WFT and Pension Administration (OCP/WFT Pensions certification is a plus or willingness to obtain).
- Exceptional communication skills to ensure smooth collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
- Fluent in Dutch to effectively engage with the team and stakeholders.
