Pension Expert
As a preferred supplier to one of our biggest financial organisations, I am seeking for a Pension Expert for a 6 months+ contract in Netherlands.
Responsibilities:
In this position, analyzing, preparing and implementing system adjustments is the main part of your job. You actively monitor relevant developments in the chain, the outside world, laws and regulations and translate them into concrete follow-up actions. You support the pension administration manager in terms of content and you are a connecting piece between departments (both run and change). You are able to qualify and translate business value in such a way that the right priorities are set. You are a source of information for the team and the manager and ensure a proactive check on the correctness of the business operations. In addition, you enjoy proactively contributing to the reduction of process, system and matter-related complexity. You dare to change and ensure the right communication towards colleagues and stakeholders.
Experience:
• HBO/WO working and thinking level;
• LCP afgerond;
• In-depth knowledge of processes and systems within the own (customer) chain;
• In-depth knowledge of pension regulations, various collective labor agreements and associated calculations;
• Knowledge of system development and Agile working methods;
• Completed green belt training;
• Affinity with policy and legal work.
