Your mission:
The Partner Account Executive (PAE) is a dynamic role that will drive the closing of partner-sourced business. This role is entrepreneurial in nature and requires a growth and collaborative mindset, along with a good understanding of the way partner ecosystems work.
The PAE will work closely with the Partner Development Manager (PDM) and the Regional Partnership Lead to build and execute strategies to drive revenue and partner success.
While the PDM focuses on managing and growing relationships with partners, the PAE’s primary responsibility is to close deals and secure business that stems from these partnerships. This role is ideal for a proactive, entrepreneurial individual with a strong understanding of partner ecosystems and a proven track record in sales and account management.
The Partner Account Executive will own the generation of partner-sourced pipeline and the closing of partner-sourced deals. This includes understanding the needs and strategies of partners, developing tailored sales strategies, and successfully closing business.

Your 12-month journey:
The first three months, you will spend focusing on learning everything there is to know about the Tellent offering and partner ecosystem: understand the products, our processes, the teams, the customers and more. You will complete your onboarding including various sales training and will be already handling leads on your own. You will have a clear understanding of the processes relevant for your position but you will still be learning system knowledge, our partner channel and sales tactics.
After six months, you are fully onboarded and working on a full target. You are a professional user of the suite and you will know how to use different sales approaches in customer contact. At this point in time you will have introduced yourself to our entire partner channel.
After 12 months, once you are fully ramped up and bringing new customers to Tellent you will have the possibility to further develop your skills with a personal development plan.
