Online Wholesale Global Pure Players Intern – Rituals – Amsterdam

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

YOUR ACCOUNTABILITIES
The International Pure Players team is part of the Digital Wholesale- & Trade Marketing team. The Pure Player team is in charge of all international online partners, such as Zalando, Lyko, The Hut Group, and ParfumDreams.

As intern in our Pure Player team, you are responsible for the following activities:

Maintaining the International Pure Player websites’ look and feel, ensuring that our partners are on-brand and adhere to Rituals standards.

Assist in exporting and communicating new content and copy for the product detail pages (PDPs).

Support the introduction of new Rituals products with every product launch by communicating product information through our master data.

Help with the planning and roll-out of online marketing campaigns.

Responsible for the Pure Players’ weekly team meeting presentations.

Support and work closely together with the Sr. Coordinator on a daily base.

Help the Account Managers and Sr. Coordinator with ad hoc operational requests.

Regularly check the partner’s website for categorization and out-of-stocks.

YOUR PROFILE

HBO/WO student (preferably an international education)

Good knowledge of Dutch and English language in both speaking and writing

Good knowledge and experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel

Pro-active and dedicated personality

Cross-cultural skills and a flexible approach

Accurate, structured, and eye for detail

Communicative and service-minded

Task-oriented, independent and hands-on mentality

Commercial mind set and affinity with the cosmetic and retail branch

Interested in the online business
