We are seeking an analytical and strategic marketer who understands the sneaker, streetwear, and skate culture to lead our social media and digital marketing initiatives. This role will develop and oversee our full-funnel digital strategy, with particular focus on driving top and mid-funnel growth while collaborating with our ecommerce team and agency partners on lower-funnel conversion. As we scale, you’ll build and lead a team to create a comprehensive digital marketing ecosystem.
Strategy Planning & Content
- Develop comprehensive social media and digital marketing strategies aligned with brand and business objectives
- Lead the strategic planning of our content ecosystem across all platforms
- Stay ahead of trends within streetwear, sneaker, and skate culture to inform strategic direction
- Build and lead a high-performing team to execute the digital marketing vision
- Create frameworks for content planning, approval, and distribution
- Establish clear processes and workflows for team efficiency
- Collaborate with creative teams to ensure content aligns with strategic goals
Digital Advertising & Media
- Develop and manage full-funnel paid media strategies across all platforms
- Focus on driving strong top and mid-funnel performance through strategic targeting and content
- Collaborate with ecommerce team and agency partners to align upper-funnel initiatives with conversion goals
- Manage and optimize substantial media budgets across platforms
- Oversee influencer marketing initiatives as part of the broader media mix
- Create testing frameworks to optimize campaign performance
- Build audience strategies based on platform-specific data and customer insights
Analysis & Performance Tracking
- Establish comprehensive KPI frameworks across the full marketing funnel
- Develop attribution models to understand cross-channel impact
- Create performance dashboards for all digital marketing initiatives
- Lead regular performance reviews with stakeholders
- Analyze consumer behavior and journey data to optimize strategies
- Track competitive landscape and industry benchmarks
- Generate actionable insights to drive continuous improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, or related field
- 4+ years experience in digital marketing with strong focus on paid social and analytics
- Deep understanding of full-funnel marketing strategies
- Experience building and leading marketing teams
- Advanced knowledge of social media analytics and advertising platforms
- Proven track record of scaling digital marketing initiatives
- Experience managing agency relationships

This is a full-time position reporting to the Head of Marketing. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical and strategic marketing skills with team leadership abilities and an authentic passion for sneaker, streetwear, and skate culture. This role offers the opportunity to build and lead a digital marketing ecosystem while driving business impact in a dynamic environment.
