Key Responsibilities:
- Analyzing sales and competitors, being aware of key competitors & trend, to implement the learnings into growth strategies that are aligned with the overall TH Brand and Lifestyle vision.
- Collaborating with global sales and market merchandising teams to gather all info to use for collection strategy that fulfills global needs.
- Provide accurate and timely maintenance of all relevant systems and tools.
- Proactively support with improvement of merchandising processes and tools.
- Range plan build of your product group and building a profitable global collection; ensure all KPIs will drive results.
- Analyze financial metrics (best sellers / sell thru / market insights) to have a strategic visibility on the market trends and translate it into product strategy to continue growing the business.
- Actively participate in all product merchandising key milestones (Range plan meetings, sketch review, collection framework meetings, proto review, pricing meeting)
Person Specification:
- 3-5 years experience in product merchandising, collection building or product creation
- A product obsessive, aware of the latest emerging trends, brands, and an appreciation for good product aesthetic
- A creative eye to scrutinise the detail of the product, but equally commercially astute to be aware of margin targets, range plans etc.
- A proactive approach to work, if there’s an opportunity to help outside the remit of your specific role, step in
- Curious, inquisitive and open-minded
- Good communicator to work with a diverse group of creatives, able to consider and volunteer opinions and alternative views when needed
- Keen to progress a career in a product focused role, willing to show determination and commitment to the learning over time
