Job Description:
As a Managing Director in Insurance and/or Banking, you will support Sia Partners’ growth by leveraging your business development, sales, account management, and content expertise. You will work closely with a highly motivated team of Directors and Partners worldwide, as well as consultants in the Netherlands.
You will be responsible, along with the Partner, for developing our business in terms of sales and people management:
- Lead sales and delivery engagements with existing clients and new prospects.
- Lead the preparation of commercial proposals with your team of Senior Managers and Managers.
- Achieve sales and delivery targets.
- Oversee business delivery and team management at new and existing clients.
- Provide industry guidance, strategies, and best practice implementation.
- Build and lead your team of consultants on projects and in commercial efforts.
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree completed.
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience within a consultancy firm.
- Background in strategic analysis, strategy development, or organizational transformation.
- Proven ability to sell and deliver innovative strategy consulting engagements.
- Fluent in Dutch and English, with excellent communication and presentation skills. Knowledge of German is a plus.
- Ability to foster a team-oriented environment within a diverse team in terms of education, position, and skills.
- Dynamic with an entrepreneurial mindset capable of achieving results.

We are unable to provide a work permit for this position.
