Purpose: Support the EU Product Supply Interface team during preparation and implementation of FPS/TRANS4RM for EU market.
Responsibilities:
- Get upskilled and trained in the new capabilities delivered by FPS/TRANS4RM
- Support on identifying processes that require change/adjustment to be ready for go-live
- Propose solutions to business risks due to Split Operations period and market go-live
- Work with the process leads and process owners to implement the identified changes and communicate with stakeholders
- Support on implementing adjustments to processes during the Split Operations period (when South market is live and Rest of Europe is under legacy system)
- Create transparency of availability (including key product launches, speed models, events) and inventory performance during Split Operations period
- Support with adhoc analysis as required during Split Operations period
- Drive market reviews of parameters and planning tactics to support optimized availability.
- Maintain and govern cross-department/function processes and policies to deliver business quality and control.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong understanding and experience of Product Supply processes
- Strong analytical skills
- Continuous Improvement mindset to identify and drive processes changes
- Proficiency in MS Office and supply chain planning and execution software applications
- Strong communication skills with a proven ability to interact, influence, and convince at the management level.
- Strong team player with the ability to work cross-functionally in a matrix organization to achieve goals and objectives
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in supply chain management or in areas such as business administration, logistics, planning, or information systems. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- 5 years of experience in supply chain management, operations, or planning, preferably in the accessories, apparel, or footwear industries, including leadership positions.
