What you’ll do
As a Manager & Data Consultant, you’ll lead client engagements that drive real-world impact. From strategy to implementation, you’ll shape data solutions that help financial services organisations make smarter, faster, and more responsible decisions.
- Co-create data strategies aligned with client goals and long-term success
- Design and deliver transformation projects using technologies like data lakes, scalable platforms, and AI solutions
- Ensure high standards of data governance, quality, and regulatory compliance
- Mentor and empower a multidisciplinary team of analysts and data strategists
- Translate complex data into actionable insights using tools like SQL, Power BI, Alteryx, and Spotfire
- Work closely with clients to advise, guide, and support them at every step of their data journey
Your strengths
We’re looking for passionate, forward-thinking professionals who thrive in fast-changing environments:
- A Master’s degree in a relevant field preferred (e.g. Information Management, Data Science, Business Analytics)
- At least 3 years of experience in data analytics, AI, or consulting
- A collaborative, solution-focused mindset
- Professional-level Dutch fluency required (spoken and written)
- A drive to grow others while delivering results
