Functieomschrijving L&D Manager

The L&D team consists of 30 FTE, which you will manage on a daily basis. In this role you will be responsible for the following key areas: 

Annual planning and budgeting; 

Strategic leadership;

Design and implementation of learning programs;

People management;

Improvement of learning and development within the company. 

Functiecriteria L&D Manager

The ideal candidates meets the following requirements:

Higher professional education (HBO) or similar cognitive level;

5+ years of experience in a L&D role, preferably in a service minded and commercial organisation; 

3+ years of experience in people management, preferably with a team of 10+ FTE;

Fluent in English;

Knowledge of development in L&D area;

Knowledge of software systems;

Experience with business processes and developments. 

De aanbieding L&D Manager

This dynamic and international company in Amsterdam offers a salary of €5.300 to €5.800 gross per month, based on a full time employment and knowledge & experience, and other benefits.
