Functieomschrijving L&D Manager

The L&D team consists of 30 FTE, which you will manage on a daily basis. In this role you will be responsible for the following key areas: 

  • Annual planning and budgeting; 
  • Strategic leadership;
  • Design and implementation of learning programs;
  • People management;
  • Improvement of learning and development within the company.

    The ideal candidates meets the following requirements:

  • Higher professional education (HBO) or similar cognitive level;
  • 5+ years of experience in a L&D role, preferably in a service minded and commercial organisation; 
  • 3+ years of experience in people management, preferably with a team of 10+ FTE;
  • Fluent in English;
  • Knowledge of development in L&D area;
  • Knowledge of software systems;
  • Experience with business processes and developments.

    This dynamic and international company in Amsterdam offers a salary of €5.300 to €5.800 gross per month, based on a full time employment and knowledge & experience, and other benefits.
