jobid=A.0.049
As a developer with experience in both Salesforce and non-Salesforce technologies, you will join the Customer Success (CS) team, which focuses on identifying customer issues as early as possible and provides the information and tooling required to solve them quickly and efficiently for an award-winning customer experience – whether through our human agents or autonomously.
In this role, you will collaborate with passionate peers, who are all driven to build robust, maintainable and intuitive user-facing products using the latest technologies and tools. Combining an understanding of Salesforce, a solution-oriented product mindset, and an eagerness to learn, you’ll go beyond just advising on features. You’ll take ownership of projects, collaborate across roles, and drive the full software development process while challenging the status quo and pushing yourself as well as the team to new heights. You will have the freedom to take initiative in enhancing the product and its underlying technology.
