As an IT Technology SME, you will:
- Lead resilience assessment workshops with technical teams and cross-functional groups.
- Understand various IT landscapes and technology stacks to assess security posture, current risks, and threat exposures.
- Propose strategic disaster recovery solutions to enhance efficiency, scalability, availability, and security.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other experts to develop technical specifications and architectural designs.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship during workshops to design disaster recovery solutions.
- Lead cyber resilience initiatives by assessing threats, documenting risk reports, and participating in threat action groups.
- Set impact and risk tolerances, monitor thresholds, and develop contingency plans for critical business services.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 6-8 years of experience in IT resilience, enterprise architecture, or related fields.
- Expertise in mainframe systems, enterprise applications, servers, storage systems, networking, databases, and cloud technologies.
- Strong understanding of cyber security, IT risk management, and security business resiliency.
- Experience in designing disaster recovery solutions, including for on-premise and cloud-based architectures.
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture and layered architecture frameworks.
- Familiarity with disaster recovery plan execution.
You should possess the ability to:
- Interpret and validate existing system architectures and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly during workshops and meetings.
- Analyze and solve problems related to system resiliency and disaster recovery.
