Your Tasks
As an intern, you will support the existing investment team with the following tasks:
Analyses of teasers and investment memoranda to identify suitable Mutares acquisitions.
Assisting with financial modelling: Set up financial reports on a monthly basisIntegration of assumptions to build a Mutares investment caseNormalisation of working capitalAnalyses of debt and net debt itemsPrepare valuations to determine true enterprise value
Support due diligence: Analyses of virtual data roomsCritical thinking to identify areas of riskQ&A preparation for expert calls
Support in the preparation of offer documents
Support in document preparation for potential exit transactions
Your Profile
A completed Masters degree or a student in the final phase of their degree
Prior internship experience within Private Equity, Investment Banking or Corporate Finance
Excellent language skills in Dutch and English
Confident handling of MS Office applications (esp. Excel and Power Point)
Team player & hands-on, independent thinking
