Implementation Manager – Fourthline – Amsterdam

About the role

We’re looking for an Implementation Manager for our Delivery team. You will be responsible for managing project implementations and technical account management for our customers. Your primary focus will be to take ownership of some of Fourthline’s most important customers, ensure timely delivery of integrated products and exceptional technical support. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and have a strong background in project management. In addition, you will dedicate a portion of your time to process/project improvements and coaching your fellow team members.

As an Implementation Manager, you’re…

Willing to get your hands on new and already on-going implementation projects and technical support for some of our most important customers.

Coach, provide guidance and support other team members to ensure successful project deliveries and customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with the team to navigate complex projects and technical challenges, ensuring efficient and scalable integrations.

Foster an inspiring and collaborative team environment by contributing to open communication, a feedback culture, and a strong sense of camaraderie.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive initiatives to enhance the size, quality, and scalability of the Delivery team.

Define, identify and execute process/project improvement initiatives aligned with the team’s objectives and contribute to the overall success of the company.

What you’ve got

Minimum 7 years of experience in technical implementation projects as an implementation manager, technical consultant, or technical project manager.

Minimum a Master’s degree of a renowned technical university.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with agile and waterfall project management methodologies. Being a certified PMP is a plus.

Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.

Experience in the fintech industry or related sectors.

Strong experience with customer-facing integration projects within a company, ideally in professional services, finance, retail, or general technology sectors.

Proven track record in coaching more junior team members.

Demonstrated ability to drive process change, implement efficient tools and procedures, and optimize operational success.

Deep understanding of the dynamics of working in an organization, including building effective relationships with different teams.

Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, as required.

About the team

The Delivery team at Fourthline is at the forefront to fight financial crime together with our customers. The Implementation Managers in the Delivery team ensure that our customers get a smooth integration and that technical queries are resolved in an efficient and effective manner. The Delivery team interacts with stakeholders throughout the company, but mainly with Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, Solutions Engineering, Customer Operations and Product teams.
