For our client, who is an international Customer Success Platform and world’s #1 CRM company, we are currently seeking highly skilled experienced and results-driven HR Compliance & Implementation Program Manager EMEA (focus on North region) in Amsterdam.

What do we offer

· Temporary agency contract with Grafton for 6 months with possible extension

· Start: 14 April 2025

· End: 13 October 2025

· Salary indication depending on experience: max € 8.000,- gross per month based on 40 hours. We do not have a monthly payment but weekly, so the gross salary per hour: € 46,15. There is no travel reimbursement!

About the position:

In this pivotal role you will be leading and driving process and compliance initiatives ensuring adherence to regulatory standards. This role involves working with a wide range of stakeholders to identify compliance gaps at the country level across the EMEA region, designing targeted implementation projects, and driving their execution in collaboration with HR, Legal, Operational and Functional teams.

The ideal candidate will bring strong HR process and project management expertise, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of leading successful HR compliance process projects that drive business impact and reduce risk. Additionally, you will collaborate with the company’s internal and external audit teams and key stakeholders to undertake proactive risk assessments and ensure full compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.

 Requirements:

· Proven experience as a Project/Program Manager or HR Operational leader, managing large-scale, complex compliance programs within matrixed organizations, with at least 5 years of experience.

· Consulting experience with a proven track record of delivering transformation programs within HR functions (advantageous).

· Ability to lead end-to-end process design by collaborating with stakeholders and subject matter experts to map current and future-state workflows, identify compliance requirements, and implement streamlined, efficient processes.

· Extensive experience testing and monitoring HR-related business processes, collaboratively developing remediation plans, and documenting improvements.

· In-depth knowledge of complex HR-related statutory, regulatory, collective, industry, and/or professional compliance standards, with a focus on EMEA-specific countries.

· Exceptional leadership and influencing skills, capable of inspiring and motivating cross-functional teams and driving organizational change.

· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex concepts effectively and influence stakeholders at all levels.

· Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving expertise, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, delivering results within tight deadlines.

· Skilled in facilitating solution design workshops and creating end-to-end process documentation and flowcharts for compliance initiatives.

· Resilient and adaptable in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

· Experience collaborating with Works Councils, Unions and external vendors on compliance and legal matters (advantageous).

· Experience in Lean process re-design, Agile and problem-solving tools (advantageous).

· Industry-recognized project management and/or change management qualifications (advantageous).

· Proficiency in English and another European language, with fluency in a third European language considered an asset.
