Oakleaf Partnership are partnering with a financial services firm based in Amsterdam. This role is a permanent role to be based in Amsterdam with business partnering responsibilities across other offices based in Germany and Switzerland. This is a critical role for the business and you will be responsible for supporting the strategic initiatives and day to day operations. Our client is looking for a HR leader who has extensive experience across the generalist arena including talent acquisition, talent development, Reward and employee relations.
The role
As HR Business Partner, you are the trusted advisor for the business and will navigate multiple offices to ensure all global programmes are implemented successfully. You will work closely with senior stakeholders in the business and effectively lead and manage employee relations cases in line with local legislation. With this in mind, the HR Business Partner will need to demonstrate strong labour laws knowledge across these locations.
What are we looking for:
For this opportunity, our client is seeking a strong proven HR Business Partner /Generalist to join their team. You will have experience of working across Europe – Netherlands and Germany specifically and have strong experience of working in collaboration with works councils. This is a great opportunity to work in a great business and work across the full generalist remit as well as be involved in HR projects.
