- Build and lead a high-performing analytics and insights team, balancing speed and strategic focus.
- Partner with Operations leadership on performance, risks, opportunities, and trade-offs with concise narratives.
- Deliver leadership-ready analyses that connect operational data to commercial and customer outcomes.
- Define KPI definitions, performance frameworks, and standardize measurement across teams and projects.
- Develop scalable insight capabilities and improve operating models to manage ad hoc and recurring insights.
- Collaborate with data, finance, product, and other functions to improve access to reliable insights and tooling.

- Significant experience leading analytics or decision-support teams in fast-scaling or transformation environments.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate data into persuasive narratives.
- Strong commercial instincts to identify value-driving metrics and filter out noise.
- Fluency in SQL, data modeling, and modern BI tooling to engage in credible technical dialogue.
