Job Description
With respect to the sales part:
Ensures achievement of topline results
Drive the commercial roadmap of the group
Manage the local CCOs (and their team) that will transversally report to you
Fix objectives, animate, provide support (market intelligence, sales tools), monitor result/progress
Manage Key European customers (pan-European converters, distributors)
With respect to the sourcing part:
Design and implement a plastic waste sourcing strategy to obtain the right feedstock, at the right price and for the right quantities
Animate our network of pan-European suppliers (with our local staff in each country) and create medium-long-term partnerships
Participate in tenders
