Handling transportation documentation including import & export freight transports such as ocean freight, air freight, land transport and warehouse solutions
On-site operations and account management to provide exhibitors with their needs and requirements
Daily contact with contractors and sideloaders/carriers to monitor performance
Maintain contact with agencies and Schenker branches abroad
Handling all transport related requests and questions from customers
Handle and resolve any problems with customers and organizers
Support all aspects of sales & marketing
Following up on sales leads, ensuring timely responses and taking action on these leads
Perform special tasks or projects
Requirements
Your profile:
You have experience as a forwarding agent or are willing to familiarize yourself deeply with the topic
You have first work experience and want to develope your Knowledge
You have a good command of the English language, dutch is a plus
good knowledge of the common ms office programs is a prerequisite
You have good interpersonal and communication skills

Our goal is to take care of the fairs and events in an efficient and effective way and improve them where necessary in order to satisfy the organizers and exhibitors and provide them with their needs and requests. In this position you have a high degree of responsibility and you will work closely together in a team to provide excellent service to your customers.
