Overview
In this Finance role, you drive core accounting, reporting, and process improvements across multiple entities. You will design scalable IFRS-compliant workflows and automate close and reporting cycles, partnering with cross-functional teams to enable data-driven decisions. You’ll own end-to-end accounting topics, enhance management and statutory reporting, and contribute to automation initiatives using data and AI-enabled workflows. This is a hands-on, improvement-focused position in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment where ownership and technical excellence matter.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Own monthly close for allocated entities and pursue automation opportunities
- Translate transactions into IFRS-compliant reporting and configure data-driven workflows
- Design and operate repeatable workflows driven by IFRS and policy inputs
- Prepare and enhance management reporting, explaining drivers of balance sheet and P&L
- Prepare statutory financial statements and liaise with external auditors
- Build controls into workflows and support testing/improvement of controls over financial reporting
- Take end-to-end ownership of allocated technical accounting topics and guide junior colleagues
- Contribute to finance automation and AI-enabled workflow projects
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/RA preferred) with 1-2 years post-qualification experience in corporate accounting
- Bachelor or Master degree in finance or accounting
- Solid technical foundation in accounting and IFRS reporting
- Interest or experience in using tools, data, and AI-assisted workflows to improve processes
- Ownership mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Effective communication with stakeholders across departments
- Financial services experience is advantageous
