E&I Technician (Electrical & Instrumentation Technician) – Wormerveer, The Netherlands

Job Description

For our location in Wormerveer, we are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced E&I Technician (Electrical and Instrumentation Technician). In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and optimization of our electrical and instrumentation systems. You will work within a dynamic industrial environment and contribute to the continuity and safety of our production processes.


Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical installations and instrumentation systems.
  • Locate and resolve faults in electrical and instrumentation systems.
  • Install, configure, and calibrate measuring and control equipment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to optimize production processes.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures.
  • Contribute to improvement projects and implement new techniques.


    • Requirements

  • Completed vocational training (MBO level) in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar industrial environment.
  • Affinity with industrial automation and process control.
  • Knowledge of and experience with PLC systems is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
  • Willingness to work in shifts and participate in an on-call rotation.
  • Good command of the English language.
