To ensure further growth of the business, you combine your excellent customer service skills with a keen commercial sense, to identify possible sales opportunities and increase the engagement of our customers.

To contribute to team success you:
Have strong previous experience in offering outstanding customer support and exceeding client needs
Are able to communicate at a near native level in German and English , both written and oral. A second language is highly appreciated (Spanish, Italian, French).
You have a positive, empathic and optimistic approach that will really engage and mesmerise our clients.
A natural talent for rich story-telling and upholding the quality identity of our Maison.
