What you'll be doing
- Design and optimize AI prompts to improve model performance and user experience;
- Add new functionality and adapt existing Python code to support and maintain software;
- Make architectural decisions for seamless integration and user compatibility;
- Run QA testing to ensure smooth transitions from development to production;
- Implement sustainable strategies for continuous improvement and innovation;
- Evaluate feasibility of extending current technologies and integrating new scopes of work.
What we're looking for
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience;
- Affinity with marketing (experience is a plus);
- Proactive mindset in an informal environment;
- Solution-oriented thinking;
- Familiarity with tools like LangChain, Weaviate, FastAPI, Supabase & Langfuse (experience is a plus);
- Enjoy explaining technical concepts to non-technical people.
