Verantwoordelijkheden
- Collaborate with clients and interdisciplinary teams to develop analytics solutions
- Prototype statistical models and optimize code for real-world problems
- Translate business problems into analytical challenges and measure results with relevant metrics
- Contribute to internal tools and participate in R&D projects
- Attend and present at conferences and engage with global cohorts
- Work with data scientists, data engineers, ML engineers, designers, and product managers on interdisciplinary projects
- Support transformation initiatives across industries by applying math, statistics, and ML to data
- Balance multiple model development tasks in a largely autonomous environment
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Bachelors, Masters or PhD in a relevant field
- Professional ML and data mining experience with large datasets
- Programming experience in Python and/or R (required)
- Ability to prototype and own model development end-to-end
- Strong analytics aptitude and ability to communicate complex concepts
- Willingness to travel
- Excellent English communication skills; French or Dutch valued
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Ability to tailor communication to different audiences
