Your responsibilities:

  • You’ll be the friendly voice (or message!) our premium customers hear first when they need travel help. ️
  • Guide our partners through booking flights, using online services, picking payment options, and enjoying loyalty perks.
  • Jump in and save the day when someone’s travel plans hit a bump.
  • Chat or talk with passengers – whatever helps solve their problem fastest.
  • Create real connections. We want customers to remember you – the awesome human who helped them out.

Our requirements:

  • You speak Swedish fluently (C1) and your English is solid too (B2).
  • You’re positive, patient, and open to whatever the day brings.
  • You listen first, then speak clearly and confidently.
  • You’re organized, on top of things, and can juggle tasks without dropping the ball.
