Company Overview:
Our Client is a leading specialist in delivering hyperscale data centres across Europe. We are looking for an experienced CSA (Civil, Structural, and Architectural) Project Manager to oversee the construction of critical infrastructure, ensuring seamless execution from design to handover. You’ll manage a team of Site Managers and engineers, to deliver high value CSA packages on Data Centre projects in Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Oversight: Manage CSA packages on large-scale data centre projects, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Site Coordination: Lead and supervise site activities, coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain smooth project execution.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary interface between the client, design teams, MEP teams, and general contractors.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to HSE regulations, risk assessments, and site safety protocols.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee inspections, quality control, and ensure compliance with design specifications and industry standards.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve technical challenges and construction issues, maintaining project efficiency.
- Scheduling & Reporting: Monitor project progress, manage timelines, and provide regular reports to senior management and clients.
- Value Engineering: Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements without compromising quality or performance.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 7+ years in CSA project management, with experience in hyperscale data centres, mission-critical facilities, or large-scale industrial projects.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of civil, structural, and architectural elements, including steel structures, reinforced concrete, building envelopes, and finishes.
- Technical Expertise: Familiarity with BIM coordination, design standards, and construction methodologies.
- Regulatory Compliance: Knowledge of European construction regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and coordinate multiple teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot construction issues and optimise project workflows.
- Communication: Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present technical details clearly.
- Education: Degree or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Certifications: SMSTS, IOSH, NEBOSH, or equivalent certifications are desirable.
Salary: €40,000 to €65,000 Per Annum
